Notice regarding COVID-19
Dear international clients
On January 19th, 2022, one of our staff has tested positive for COVID-19. We do not have individuals who have been in high-risk contact with the staff member. However, to ensure our client safety, we have taken steps to perform PCR test on individuals who were in low-risk contact or had exposure to the infected staff member immediately. The test results were all negative.
We have taken immediate action to sanitize and disinfect our hospital premises few times a day by our cleaning staff to ensure it is a safe environment to all customers and staff.
We are closely adhering to the safety protocols and we continue to serve our clients, however, if you would like to reschedule your appointment, please let us know.
For all clients who have travelled overseas, please note that you are required to self-quarantine for 2 weeks before you are allowed to enter our hospital premises. Consultations can still be performed if a local individual brings in your pet and we can discuss the examination results over the phone or online video call.
We would like to apologize for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your understanding during this period.
