年末年始の休診のお知らせ

2024年の当センターの外来診療は、12月30日（月）までとなります。
ご事情により当センターからのお薬処方が必要な場合は、12月30日(月)正午までの受付となります。

【休診期間】
12月31日（火）から1月3日（金）まで休診とさせていただきます。
年始は、1月4日（土）から診療を開始いたします。

上記休診期間中は、終日お電話が不通となります。
何卒ご理解とご協力の程よろしくお願いいたします。

外科について学びたいインターン獣医師を募集します。

AAHA con 2024にてJASMINEは特別賞を受賞いたしました。

米国ワシントンにて開催されたAAHA con 2024にて、JASMINEは特別賞（AAHA’s Recognition of Veterinary Impact）を受賞いたしました。
今回の受賞に甘んずることなく、常に自分たちの獣医療の向上を目指し努力してまいります。
AAHA(American Animal Hospital Association：全米動物病院協会)とは北米圏（アメリカ・カナダ）で動物病院を認定する唯一の組織です。
認定を受けるには、医療記録・麻酔・外科・疼痛管理・画像診断などの診療分野はもちろんのこと、
人事・リーダーシップ・教育制度・設備など、動物病院の運営・管理に関する分野でも条件をクリアする必要があります。
JASMINEでは2023年夏に認定され、この後2025年に再評価、その後も3年に一度再認定を受けることになります。
飼い主さんに安心感を持って受診いただけるよう、これからも真摯に取り組んでまいります。

As the only organization that accredits veterinary hospitals in North America, the American Animal Hospital Association (AAHA) sets rigorous standards for medical practices and hospital management. Certification involves comprehensive evaluations across various fields, including medical records, anesthesia, surgery, pain management, and diagnostic imaging, as well as human resources, leadership, education systems, and facilities.
JASMINE received accreditation in the summer of 2023, and will undergo reevaluation in 2025, with reaccreditation occurring every three years thereafter.
Our team remains dedicated to continually improving our services, ensuring that pet owners can visit our hospital with complete confidence and peace of mind.

第167回日本獣医学会学術集会にて口頭発表を行いました

当センターの金嶺（愛玩動物看護師）が帯広で開催された第167回日本獣医学会学術集会にて口頭発表を行いました。
『イヌの心臓線維芽細胞におけるERK1/2を介した インターロイキン1β誘導性MMP-3 mRNA発現』という内容です。
JASMINEでは臨床研究と同様に基礎研究の発展を目指しています。
引き続き、両研究知識の向上に努めてまいります。

Our veterinary nurse participated in the meeting of the Japanese Society of Veterinary Science in Obihiro, Japan.
Mayu Kanamine, she presented ‘IL-1β-induced MMP-3 mRNA expression via ERK1/2 activation in canine cardiac fibroblasts’
We remain committed to advancing our knowledge in basic research, as we believe it is just important as clinical research.

ECVIM-CA Congress 2024にて口頭発表を行いました

当センター勤務医の新居と篠田がフランス・リヨンで開催されたECVIM-CA Congress 2024で口頭発表を行ってきました。
新居は「犬の僧帽弁修復術における薬理学的除細動の臨床的有用性」について発表し、篠田は「犬の僧帽弁修復術は三尖弁逆流速度を改善し術後の長期予後に影響しない」という題目で発表を行いました。

私たちは引き続き、日々の手術手技の改善に取り組み、その成果を積極的に共有してまいります。

Our team participated in the ECVIM-CA Congress 2024 in Lyon, France!
Nii Yasuyuki presented ‘Clinical Utility of Pharmacological Defibrillation During Canine Mitral Valve Repair,’ and Asako Shinoda presented ‘Tricuspid Regurgitation Velocity Improves After Mitral Valve Repair in Dogs but Is Not Associated with Long-Term Mortality.’

日本獣医がん学会において教育講演を担当しました

当センター腫瘍科の瀬戸口が、7月に行われた第30回日本獣医がん学会において2題の教育講演を担当しました。
ランチョンセミナーで「遭遇した時に困ってしまう心臓腫瘍、心基底部腫瘍の診断と治療」と題し、腫瘍循環器をテーマに症例の診断プロセスおよび治療を、当センターでの治療実績も踏まえて解説しました。
また、学会のメインシンポジウム「犬猫の小腸腫瘤の確実な診断に挑む」の中で「細胞診をいかに活用するか」を題材として講演を行いました。
質疑応答では活発な議論が交わされました。

At the 30th Annual Japan Veterinary Cancer Society Conference held in July, Setoguchi from our center’s oncology department delivered two educational lectures.
In the luncheon seminar titled “Diagnosis and Treatment of Cardiac Tumors and Heart Base Tumors,” she discussed the diagnostic processes and challenges for cardiovascular tumors, incorporating our center’s treatment experience.
Additionally, at the conference’s main symposium, “Challenges in Accurate Diagnosis of Small Intestinal Masses in Dogs and Cats,” she delivered a lecture on “How to Utilize Cytology.” The Q&A session saw lively discussions.

日本獣医麻酔外科学会学術集会で発表を行いました

We will continue to present various cases accumulated at our center to pursue safer anesthetic and perioperative management.

ACVIM Forumにて発表を行いました

先日、米国ミネアポリスで開催されたACVIM Forum (米国獣医内科学会年次大会) において、重度肺高血圧症を併発した僧帽弁閉鎖不全症の犬への僧帽弁修復術の効果について、当センターの黒河内がポスター発表を行いました。
今後はこの研究をさらに進め、外科適用の判断に重要な情報を提供できるよう努めてまいります。

At the ACVIM Forum in Minneapolis, USA, Dr. Kurogochi presented a poster on the Outcome of Canine Mitral Valve Repair for Myxomatous Mitral Valve Disease with Severe Pulmonary Hypertension.
We will continue to advance this research to provide essential information for surgical decision-making.
